Doing the Right Thing

It's Easy Being Green

Who says you have to pay more to be green? We are excited to share with you a green label alternative that won’t cost a penny more. We are offering the same high quality labels you have come to expect from Inland, printed on materials made from at least 75% and 10% recycled fibers. These green labels are expected to yield the same high performance on your labeling lines as our standard white paper labels for the same price! Another benefit is that you can share your sustainability efforts with your customers by featuring the recycled fiber logo on your labels.

While this is an outstanding advancement, Inland always welcomes the opportunity to work with you to develop alternative choices that meet your company’s sustainability goals.

Guaranteed 75% Recycled Fiber is available in:

  • 55 # CIS White Paper
  • 60 # CIS White Paper

Guaranteed 10% Recycled Fiber is available in:

  • 70g Full Wet Strength White Paper

      Rotary Lights

Each year, a group of Inland employees volunteer their time one evening during the Christmas holiday. They collect food and monetary donations from those who walk or drive through Riverside Park in downtown La Crosse admiring more than 2,000,000 twinkling lights on display by various Rotary Clubs and other non-profit groups and volunteer organizations. Over 1,000,000 food items and more than $300,000 is collected and distributed to area food pantries each Christmas holiday. Inland and employee volunteers are proud to be assisting the Rotary in their efforts to help the community.

Just how many lights are there? 2,410,000. As of 2008, Rotary Lights had about 160,000 LED lights in the park. While more expensive to purchase, they are more durable and use a fraction of the electricity. They hope to continue to expand using more LED lights as resources allow.
